WHo is Dr. Huber?

Dr. Trevor Huber is more than a physician—he’s a healthcare architect reshaping how care is delivered at every level.

A graduate of Nova Southeastern University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Huber completed his Family Medicine residency at Medical City Fort Worth and UNTHSC. He’s board-certified in Family Medicine and has cared for thousands of patients across emergency, inpatient, and outpatient settings. His experience spans everything from critical care units to small-town exam rooms—and that breadth fuels his passion for reforming how we do primary care in America.

In 2016, he founded Modera Clinic, a model designed to make excellent care feel accessible, efficient, and personal again. With a growing footprint in Texas, Modera combines modern medicine with timeless values—offering same-day visits, tech-enabled access, and strong physician-patient relationships. Modera has since expanded into Modera GI and Modera Management Group, bridging the gap between clinical care and scalable systems that support providers behind the scenes.

Dr. Huber also serves in leadership roles that shape healthcare policy and provider support on a statewide level. As Chairman of the Texas Medical Association’s Primary Care Committee, a board member for Catalyst Health Network, and an advisor to Baylor Scott & White Quality Alliance, he influences how over 2 million patient lives are managed across Texas. His work directly impacts how healthcare systems deliver value to both physicians and the communities they serve.

Whether he’s mentoring medical students as adjunct faculty at UNTHSC, testifying on behalf of primary care policy, or innovating from within his own clinics—Dr. Huber leads with a clear vision:
Healthcare should work better—for the people giving care and the people receiving it.
